: 2000 hp 60 what size pinion nut?

could yall let me know what size the pinion nut is. im not near my axle or i would check. if i remember its a 15/16. thanks.

im not sure about a 60. but on my 9" it was either 1 1/16 or 1 1/8 i dont remember off the top of my head

i should have added that im trying to tell a dana 50 from a 60 by the pinion nut size.

a 2000 dually with 3.73. ive got axle for sale on ebay and a guy wants to make sure its a 60.

If it came from a dually it is a 60, if it came from a SRW truck it is a 50.

i think the 60 has a 1-5/16 and the 50 is like 1-1/8 but im not 100%:shaking:

60's are tough, but I don't think it'll handle 2000 hp, no matter what size the pinion nut is...

You can buy those on the side of the road here, though...
