Tandem Axle Weight Distribution Calculation

Ok... it's snowing and freezing rain here so I was sketching out my trailer w/ the sleeper/camper on the front looking to calculate my tongue weight with different loading scenarios. I know the weights of the trailer and major components and was doing some simple calculations. I am using the mounting point for the center bar pivot thing in the middle of the 2 springs... Is this correct ?

Or should I somehow factor in 25,50,25 based on the leaf mounting points ?

Or possibly just the 2 axle center lines.. (ex. if it were a single axle the CL would be used)

Any ideas... just curious..

The pivot thing is supposed to equalize the weight between the two axles. In theory, the axles will be weighted equally.

That's why the "pivot thing" is called an equalizer.
