I'm lazy, I drop them off and pay $60 for them to get done.

If you want to do them your self, I have found the drum/rotor that has the right bolt patern, and the right size hole in the middle. Slide it over and go to town.

Everyone I know has a mchine shope do them. But it sounds like the rotor trick would be pretty accurate.

What are the lug patterns that you are trying to match?

There is always the possibility of swapping parts to get the correct pattern.

What front and rear axles?

I believe he is trying to redrill a d30 to 6 bolt

Actually, I would also like your advice on this topic, I have a 9" that is 5 on 5 and a d44 that is 6 on 5.5, which should I redrill?

Do a search on 5 lug swap. I did this on my 44 front. Same setup as you described. Ford bearing hubs and rotors and spindles.

I thought Smart Ass had a 44 front?

BWAAHHAHAHAHhahA

WHY?

Is it because of his pinion angle thread the other day? He needs to fix his shackle reversal first. Then he will be fine.

I'd leave the rear alone and swap to Ford outers on the D44. It's a simple parts swap :)

He should just do the RS correctly and stay with the 44. Why duplicate work?
