I have a short wall that I would like to run 3/8 poly flexible tubing for an aircompressor line. AS long as I put a drain in before the line, would there be a problem with a short run?

i don't see a problem with it as long as the tubing can hold the psi of the air. if enclosing the wall i'd make it so you could remove that section alone with out any damage like use a 4' sheet of drywall on the bottom have, then use a 1' strip screwed in over the poly pipe, then the remaining 3' of drywall above the pipe. this way if you did need to remove it you simply pull the screws and the 1' of drywall and its done.
