I've got a Dodge Dana 60 Full Float rear with 4.88 gears, a Limited slip and 30 spline shafts. It is 65" WMS-WMS and the spring perches have been removed. The drums and backing plates are currently removed as I was in the process of doing a Disc brake conversion on it but I do have all the stock parts (Hubs are still attached to the drums).

Looking for $250 obo as is or I can have the limited slip carrier removed and a welded carrier put in it's place for an additional $50 (I'll even throw in the Hub/Spindle nut socket for this axle)

going to go a head and weld an open carrier and throw it in........Price will be $300 OBO

Also, if someone is going to link up the rear, I have BRAND NEW BTF D60 Rear truss system with integrated Diff cover for an additional $340 (I just got the damn thing but it won't work on my D70 since the truss won't clear the center section!! :mad3: )

Ok, just got some bad news on this axle from Sean at RCD...............The 4.88 R&P is toast (I bought this axle as is and never ran it and was told the R&P was good) :mad3:

Anyway, Sean said it could still be welded up and ran as is, in a trail only rig, not a street driven rig, and probably have no problems. His suggestion though is to replace the R&P. He says he probably has a used 4.88 gear set around that he would make a deal on. If some one is interested in swapping in a new/used gear set, I will see how much it costs and we can go from there.

Other wise I'm going to try to sell the axle as is for $150 obo (Sean said the LS in it is worth $100-200, shafts are worth about $25-40/Ea. etc)

Or how about the axle "as is" and the BTF truss system for -$450 total! Throw in whatever gear ratio you need and have a sick axle ready for links!

I don't want to sell something that is junk so I'm providing full disclosure here!

Ok, here's the deal.........Sean at RCD said to budget for $250 for R&P, Install kit and labor to get this axle back to kickass shape. So $250 + $150 for the axle with welded carrier, you'd be looking at $400 for everything! This would be a firm price as I'm already taking it in the shorts alittle thanks to the original R&P being sh*t............

BTT...........or I may be willing to part out if people need shafts, a LS carrier (still in great shape according to Sean), housing, etc etc.............want to at least try to break even on what I've got into this thing..........
