Going to be running stauns this year along with some semi blingin aluminum wheels And was thinking I want to run some rim stiffeners on the outer beads.
Anyone here making these out of aluminum or know of a good place to get them?

Any beadlock manufacturer would sell you the outer rings to weld to your wheel. I'd just search around and see who makes an outer ring that your like the looks off. OMF, Walker, R.G., Trailready, Sky, etc...
