: Are Chevy Dana 44 and 10 bolt stub shafts interchangable?

Yes the stub shafts are interchangable.The same goes for FSJ's dana 44 stub shafts. They are 19 spline, 9.94" long.

Yes they interchange but the 10 bolt stub does not have the groove on the end of the stub for the clip

My 10 bolt outers have 2 grooves in the end for c-clips. From an '86.

Drum-brake Dodge stubs are the same, too. Mid-'70s disk-brake Dodge fulltime stubs are 35-spline and 1.5" diameter. Newer Dodge part-time stubs are 30-spline.

Good to hear they are interchangeable. I tried search but didn't find any information, mine also has two grooves on the end of the stub.
