Do you have any pics of how the front tube is tied to what's left of the frame?

Looks good Phil, what size tubing is that? Dia/wall thickness, looks like good old HREW, after seeing the bent tubing on Nick's lite as fawk buggy, I hope that it holds up.

Isn't a single tube running to the front kind of weak? I know the upper bars are taking some of the stress as well but still... if the old frame was bent to sh@t .

this was experimental. none of the tue will see much rock basking because of where it is. and it was very rushed. so we'll see if it works out but it seems really tough.

the "single bar" in the front is made double because there is an engine hoop where those fender bars tie into....and they tie into the lower frame at the grill....then those ties are connected by a crossmeber at the main tube. then there's another crossmember under the motor. then the bars are gusseted like hell into the frame and all good I think...then the whole cage is tied into everything else. so if she bends it's not my fault...I said to be easy on it this trip to see how it work so it can be supported more if need be.

I'm confident that it'll be fine but we'll know next week.
