You got it, I finally finished the cage. With a little help from a few friends we set the cage in Friday night. We were very careful not to scratch the paint;) It fit like a glove:D

I now have a new found respect for the likes of Tinbender, Fatkid, Eric at Fat city, Roggy, the Snort boys, and the people that turn out the sick cages and tube buggies on a daily basis. There are tons of hack jobs out there and to do this right is definitively an art. So my hat is of to you guys:flipoff2: I think I have found a new love. Wait until you see what's next:evil:
On to the pics

Man, I've been busting my a$$ for the last 3weeks trying to get my junk ready for the trip to Slade this weekend. I had let so much little stuff go it took me that long to catch-up. I'm not totally ready to put it on the trailer yet. But it will be:D

Hell, you'll never get your rig done. You don't need to worry about a tubing bender:flipoff2: :D :D

Doesn't yellow cage paint add 10hp?

I really like the diagonal cross brace, very clean. However it looks like you can't recline with those seats, how will you get your gansta lean?:flipoff2: Perhaps some sort of pivotting seat mount is in order, like some sort of odd, lockable, rocking chair. that way you can totally pimp at the mall:D ;)

Good idea, once I get that mode done we could hook up and pimp together. You might have to hook me up with some of your beotches. (just don’t tell the wife):D:p

I can't roll with you because you a bad ass cage and your tires have "a more aggressive look" than mine.:(

I'll just stay home and you can tell me about it:D

Syko I just remembered that you can't have a scrambler cage unless you have plywood squares under neath the rear portion for a tie-in:D

DO you still have that picture, god you should post it, that was hilarious

You mean this one. What a hack job. Yes that is WOOD that the cage is tied to. If Bigdude would get his head out of the way:flipoff2:

Can someone say, learn how to use a notcher and weld before you build a cage.

This wasn't my Scrambler.
This pic was actually taken at an ******* comp. I don't know how it passed tec. The only saving grace for this guy was he could drive.

A friend of that "plywood guy" told me that he didn't care and just threw it together to go up there. Basically they should have caught it in the tech inspection and not allowed it. Apparently it is just one of those low buck throw it together in your garage rides, with camoflage paint to boot:eek:

Dammit Bigdude, you didn't have to bring up the wood thing again. I've spent the last 3 weeks kickin his arse out of the wood pile as it is. It's bad enough to have to keep the duct tape and hot glue gun under lock and key.

Just messin wit ya boy :D

All BS aside Syko does some kick a$$ work.

By the way son, if you picked up a carb tonite I could go through it, get a new cable and mount it tomorrow. It would give me something to do.
