Met up with Josh and Joe.

I took my mom out toi Hollister for her first ever expierience driviong in 4 wheel drive.
She's a newbie and she kicked ass:flipoff2:
She walked the waterfall she walked through everything else she attempted.
Her and her rig are no where near ready for the tank trap.

My daily driver XJ isn't ready for the hardcore stuff but my wifes left foot was:flipoff2:

Link to a few pics of the weekend
And no the dumbass with the teal chevy wasn't with us.
Just an idiot who tried to drive in the mud. I think he is going to stick to the malls for now on.

Wooohoo! Had a friggin blast Todd. Amy hasn't stopped talking about how cool your family is!

Your XJ was smokin! I can't beleive what a difference those new gears made.

Mom was a trooper when we caught air up that switchback.

I only have 35mm pics so we have to wait for them to get developed, but I'll post them soon.

thats it?!?!?!:p:zzz: , the passenger side of the suzuki looks like that, the sail pannel is dead and so is the brace that goes between the windshield and sailpannel, killed a mirror, got the hood and fender and make a dent like the one you described in the pic
I just took out a driverside fender....there is no more round part where the marker light connects

you know that hole you were stuck in that you got all that damage.....I drove over that:flipoff2::flipoff2:

I took the BFH to the cap, hammered it round. Then pounded it back in, good as new :D I'd like to move the filler to the rear cap, keep it out of my way.

My minds rolling, but I'm considering building a tube skeleton for the rear, with replaceable panels.

Worked great

I owe you for welding the sucker up. I've gotten used to the street manners, just run the tires at 45 PSI, and rotate often. I've got to get the 36's mounted so I can send the 35's to their new home.

Welcome back to the :vader: side. It was a blast, send your email address my way I'll drop you a line next time we are heading out for trouble.

As far as the idiot in the mud pit. I am all for helping people, but not dumb shits. Anyone that is stupid enough to attempt the mud pit with a 2wd rig, and recovery gear deserves to be left. Not to mention he was more then willing to stand around and let the others do the work  Next time leave em, might improve the gene pool.

Joe
