Its not leaking at the adapter plate and it when you spray carb cleaner it sounds like it is leaking on the back side with the little diaphram that says "Weber" on it (about the size of a half dollar) on the drivers side towards the firewall. Any ideas? If I take the cover off of it what is inside and is it going to come shooting out at me and me lose the little parts?

Damn you alchololic freeloaders, I mean my carb. Help!
That is your accelerator pump cover I believe...Yeah, a spring may come out at you when you disassemble it. But, it does not appear to be leaking, as there is no stain of gas etc. on it. I once had a weber a long time back, and it started whistling when the idle cut off solenoid went bad....don't know if you have one though?
Worth a look.
Cheers!

Easy fix would be to drop a 4.3 in it. :flipoff2:

That's going in the 4Runner (thanks by the way, I'll see you at Roundup). I'm going to pull this thing off and see if its leaking. I just cleaned it with carb cleaner so that is why its so clean.
