Ok so I red that post from DRM about he has a 16 spline 60 (thinking thats probibuly what I got) and how you can upgrade to 30 and 35 spline
well 1st can you fit a 35 spline axel forom a dana 70??
2nd insted of sending out your axel to be bored out cant you hone it out with a very corse stone? and some time... lots of it

I wouldnt bore out your spindles. I was looking onto that as well until I took some measurments and found that if I bored them out to clear 35 spline shafts, the walls of the spindles would only be about .060" thick. I was told that there is a certain D60 spindle (I dont remember the make/model details) that is thicker and better suited for boring but I chose to go with 14bolt outers.

I'm happy to say, do a search! I had the same issues a little while ago, searched on here, found an adjustable reamer and reamed mine out. I ordered mine from mscdirect.com, but someone had mentioned another place. One of the other threads I read said something about it being the same spindle on 30 spline and 35 spline axles, just bored out.

In your situation, you might be better off sticking with allow 30 spline axles. sounds like you need the full weight carrying capacity of the axle vs. the torque capacity of the axle shaft.
That pic you posted is of a HD version of the D60. They use those spindles with 30 and 35 spline shafts.
