my passenger window is crap. Its sooo loud. I think its the fuzzy thing on the inside that is worn out. How do I go about getting it out and putting in a new one?

Thanks Dan

I replaced both the window belts and the upper channel. The upper channel pretty much fixed the rattling. The new lower belts weren't any better than the 25 year old stock ones.
I got both replacements from CCOT.

I just replaced my window channel. $59.95 for both doors from CCOT, it was money well spent. Get a set of vice-grips and pull out the old channel. The whole u-shaped metal channel comes out along w/ the chrome trim strip. It extends 4"-6" into the door. The replacement channel is one piece. You just push it into place and then pry it open with a screwdriver for a tight fit. It helps to hit it with some WD40 to lubricate it so that the windows go up easy.

The whole process took about 15 minutes for both doors. Nice to not have the windows slamming back and forth now.
