Looking for info on which headers to use for a 1995 TBI 350.
Would like a set that mates to the stock y-pipe. Anyone have
suggestions or experiences?
Thanks,
Jay

Check Edelbrock's website. That is the only place I could find smog legal headers for my 88 K5 which is TBI. And they bolt up to the stock exhaust. They will run you about $300.

Summit racing has the same smog legal headers as edelbrock but they don't have the finish that the edelbrocks do. But they cost about half the price and they should last for quite a while even with out the finish.

Do you have to contend with smog laws at all...?

i think they're in the Summit catalog, they're the Flowtech Afterburner headers that have the same output location as a set of stock manifolds. thinking of getting a set of these myself ... about $140 i believe.

What does a newbie know I guess... but are you concerned about any frame rail clearances? If so you should be able to pick up some stock Corvette headers from a junk yard for about $200-250 for the set. Changing spark plugs are a little tight, but they offer an decent increase in power and they hug your block like nothing else. Just a suggestion.

These should fit you (not sure exactly what they are for though)... go to Edelbrock (http://www.edelbrock.com) to check them out. I know Hedman makes something close to these... they are pricey but nice. I know the Edel's and smog legal and I believe the Hedmans would be too... also check out some Pace Setters coated shortys in the JCWhitney catalog... might have something to fit you. They are actually way nice I saw a set at a store but they are cheaper though JCW and they get those 15% off sales so even better....:)
