: Reverse Stock Sammi Rims?

I crammed 31x10.5 15's onto my stock rims and into the wheel wells the other day. With a little grinder work and a BFH they fit well. The only rub is on the inner tread on the leaf springs at max radias. I got wheel spacers but they didn't leave enough thread on the studs. After a while with the Zuk on the lift I tried reversing the wheel. They fit, minimal clearance with the calipers but they do fit. They even have beveled holes for the lug nuts to seat to. Well, being the newbie whoosey girly boy I am I turned them back and decided to ask the experts. Let me know what you think. They look a little ugly but they do widen the stance by about 2 inchs. My father inlaw said that maybe idiots put them on backward at the factory by accident and thats why Zuks got the bad roll-over rap.:D :D :D

Reversing original rims is very popular here where i live and only problem with it is valves are hitting to steering rod at the front. Some of the guys running those reversed rims are changed valves to other side of center section. That way it's also easier to change tire pressures.

i had my last zuki done that way and it worked fine until i bought 15x8"s............. i had to put a 1/2" spacer on thefront so it wouldn't rub on the caliber........... and i left the valve stems in the stock place..........
