Alright Ive got a 70's chevy dana 44 front thats going in my jeep. It's a 8 lug. Getting ready to get it all biult only thing im not to sure about is the yoke. I've herd of putting on diffrent yokes so you can run a stronger U-Jiont. Heard of doing like a 1350. What should i run for a yoke? Whats out there for choices? Any help with this would be awsome.

Just run the 1310 yoke that's on it. It's probably stronger than the rest of the dana 44 anyway.

Are the yokes on the 6 lugand 8 lug both 1310's? So a 1350 isn't much stronger than the 1310? Im going to be putting this on my CJ with 39.5 Iroks, detroit up front, and a SB350. Is the 1310 really strong enough?

The 6 and 8 lug have the same yoke, if there's a 1350 yoke, it's aftermarket. If you want a little more strength you can get a flange from High Angle and run a toy ujoint.

A 1350 yoke/u-joint is significantly stronger than a 1310. I'm telling you that the 1310 yoke and u-joint are stronger than the rest of your 44 and not to bother upgrading it.
