I have a 79 CJ with a quadratrac with a Mile Marker part time kit in it. I am interested in flat towing it. How can I flat tow it safely?

I flat towed a friend's CJ-7 once....... once was all I was ever going to flat tow anything. I didn't like it at all. I purchased a trailer to haul my TJ on. Other people flat tow all the time, but I think flat towing only works when you have a monster vehicle like a motorhome doing the towing.

stick everything in nuetral, stick the keys in the ignition and unlock the steering wheel, attach towbar, tow away dude:D

Disconnect the front and rear driveshaft otherwise you can snap the chain on the Q-Trac. Thats per the factory service manual.
