You can run them down through the windshield frame, but I would shy away from the light bar all together. It's gonna snag trees and stuff when you go wheeling. Plus, when you turn the lights on you'll get a nasty reflection of your hood that's really annoying. Put the lights on the front bumper, that's where they work the best.

or even better, just get some good halogen headlights. no need for auxilary lights.
