I'm going to go through my throttle body and replace all the gaskets and so on, also I got an adjustable pressure regulator and one of those 1/4" injector spacers. Do those injector spacers actually do anything or is it just hype? If not whatever no big deal, it was $20.
Seeing as how its going to be all apart, are there any do it yourself mods to improve it? I have the capabilities to do almost anything to it, I would just need to know exactly what to do to it.
Also is it beneficial to block off the egr or does the computer go haywire?

The space is a good improvement, it gets the pods up a little higher to help breathing, and get a better spread of fuel into the bores.
Blocking off the egr is not a good idea unless you have the means to take it out of the ecm so it's not looking for it. Also you do get better milage if you have it on and working correctly.
Most of the tbi mods I have seen help is take the curve out of the bore and make is a straight shot to the throttle blades. Using some sanding tootsie rolls and then chase it with some fine sand paper till the bores are nice and smooth again.
That's all I can think of..
You can read the sticky's here (http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/tbi/) and find some good reading of other mods too.
