I just put chevy 60 /14 bolt in my Jeep with 42 tsl's
I did the major swaps and a good friend finished up the fab for me

(brakes,full hydro,mounts etc)

every brake part is new except the front rotors(which seem fine}

f-350 booster,69 vette mc,all new lines

He couldn't get the fronts to work well,

the pedal goes 3/4 way to floor and then the rears will lock up

bled them to the cows came home,still the same.

spent better part of three days swapping parts,thought some thing may have been defective.

no prop valve ,but 2 residule valves

disc/disc

any thoughts ?

Jim

rethread the pushrod, $20 says thats the problem. its threaded in too far, it should push as soon as you pedal does

the lines to the mc were backwards

instead of front to rear:rear to front as with every other MC I've ever seen

this one is front to front :rear to rear
