i did some looking around on going with the 203/205 and saw the need for a second crossmember.

wanted some ideas didnt see any thing of that nature also wanted to know about clocking is it needed im a mudder not a crawler, and a good doubler kit to go with, there is about 100

I got 1985 siverado lb with 350, th400, np203 allready installed was told the 203 would break next so looking to go double so I wont have to change the trans or the 203 crossmeber or lengthen the drive shaft in back allready need a new front shaft no big deal

im a newbee but any help appreciated!

I wouldn't worry about clocking the tcase if you are into mud. Your front diff will get buried before anything.

I bought the WMS doubler and I had a stock crossmember modified The pic is a bit blurry and really doesn't tell you anything but oh well..

I made mine out of 3/8" plate and havent had any issues. It doubles as a skid plate. I dont like how I did the bolts sticking out, but it hasnt really been a problem.

^^^^

What kind of bushings did you use? Any pics of how the tcase mounts to the skid?

That is perfect and a far better way than I chose.

Well I first used leaf spring bushing and they were destroyed. So I tried to find a big chunk of rubber to use for cheap and couldnt. So one day I was walking the the hardware store and I saw the rubber sanding blocks, and I was like maybe those will work. Well that was 3 years ago and I have had zero issues with them. I know it looks funky, but it is functional. One day I will change it, but that will be when it breaks or I go to a STaK. I also welded a piece of rod from bolt head to bolt head to keep the bolts from backing out.
