I searched and searched!:shaking: Toyota person in need of Chevy help. :D My mom has a 98 Burban w/ a 6" fabtech lift and 35's. Need some vendors or sites where we can get some stronger than stock tie-rods. any help is greatly appreciated!

I'd make them, unless you want to pay nearly double or so just for the labor.

Cognito Motorsports I beleive offers an option for OBS trucks for new heim jointed tie-rods. Pretty pricey though, if you can weld some bungs into some tubing and source the tapered shanks that bolt into the 5/8-3/4" heims it would be cheaper.

i say make them, thats the problem i had when i had my blazzer lifted, tie rods, axle boots, broke axles you will run into all those problems with the lift kits.

bggrnchvy, thanks for the info! Well, if there's anyone interested I may look into designing and making chromo tie rods wit heims for IFS chevies.
