Has anybody had a problem taking out the bolt that holds the access plate that allows you to install the c-clips? I have the full locker (no-spin) and the bolt hits the carrier bearing cap and can not be taken out all the way to allow the plate to be removed. Tractech thought maybe I have the thick ring gear, but this is not the case. Any ideas? Thanks.

You have to pull the bearing cap to get the bolt all the way out.
