Well as the completion of many months of work comes to a halt i found two major flaws in all of my work. After all of the work i put into the turning of knuckles i didnt change the spring perches and didnt notice till it was all bolted up. That means pinion angle is same but not steering is pulled way back. In addition to this i used the tie rod from the front disk PU and when that was all adjusted and i went turn the tires it bent like butter! This certainly peeves me off even though i know it is all my fault. So here is question, Should i spend the money for some good material and make all steering rods etc? I can always manage to salvage the old landcruiser one, all i need to do is re drill the tie rod holes in PU arms.
thanks
ben

I would make the L/C tierod work. Then you can either sleeve it or fab up a new one from thicker material.
