: What is up with my Jeep?

When I bought the Jeep it had been rolled and was a huge mess. We built it but it still has the D30 and D35 in it. My question is why haven't I broke the 35? It has a 4 cyl. and 35's. I wheel this thing hard every weekend. My thought is the small motor.

small motor, crawl ratio not low enough, not hard enough trails, not trying hard enough!

I can't believe he's whing because it ISN'T broke:rolleyes:

why wasn't I stupid when I was a newbie?

Oh, I'm sure you were. It's just there are varying degrees of stupid. Some people are stupid like Bill Gates is rich, other are stupid like Rosie is chubby, and still others are stupid like Robert Blake is innocent.

Then when it does blow he'll say "I tried the search:flipoff2: , what axel is a good replacement for a 35?"

I agree with the first post. Not trying hard enough, even a 4-banger can F up a 35 if you try. Keep working it, you'll achieve your dreams soon enough....

Trust me I have tried, hard. I have been on some of the hardest trails we have around here.

Now I realize I am a newbie and will more than likely get flamed for this but hey I have been banned from here once so why no do it again. Yes I can be stupid when I wanna be but I am thankful I know the difference between a he and a she.

Also when the 35 goes I will get a 60.

Isn't that statement a huge contradiction:flipoff2:

Ya know, bigdude, i liked you until that comment. But you are right, it is semi-built.

If you want to break it here you go....

Get up on one back wheel with weight on the rear, no forward progress, and spin the tire up to about 4000 rpms in second.

If it's locked- it'll break
If it's open- drop off wherever you're at and let that tire hit while spinning, it'll break.

then you'll be cool and have broken your 35.

Me, I guess I'm not cool because I didn't wait for my 35c to break, i just ditched it for an 8.8. Now I ditched the 8.8 for a 14 bolt, and again I'm not cool because I didn't break the 8.8 either:(

Oh yeah, what do you mean you liked me:confused:, you getting:rainbow: or something:flipoff2:

How old are you just out of curiosity?

Your thought process in that previous post leads me to believe your not much more mature.

Actually I am 23, with my own money. No my parents do not give me money or whatever I ask for. My Jeep will not make it to the nearest mall because it can't be driven on the road. Call me a jack ass if you want, I have broke shit.

I asked a simple question, not expecting a simple answer. In fact I am getting exactly what I expected. Thanks guys!:flipoff2:

So...if it is'nt broke break it, and if it is broke go bigger, is the motto. Just my two cents worth but i still have my 35 and it has not broke yet...AND yes i have been on some hard trails I.E Barrett Lake trail and through the aligator pit at the con. NOW i am not saying i am a hardcore wheeler (YET) but i know that if you drive like a human they will last for a little bit anyway. Oh and by the way i am running 33's not the biggest i know but still big enough.
So lets all crack open a:beer: and relax a bit.

I broke my d35 with a limitted slip diff and 33's with the 4.0 so keep trying and you will do it.
