hey guys you can flame me for asking this but im curious has any one ever tried to use the ford ranger outer assemblies from a ranger and tried them on the dana 30 in the cherokee i have looked at the conversoin kits and they look just like the rangers stock setup i am going to buy some from the junk yard and see if they will work unless some one has tried this and says they wont work at all...let me know guys...

I don't think it's a matter of finding which hub will fit which axle, etc.; it's a matter of getting close, then modifying--machining--parts to fit. Basically you're re-inventing Warn's kit.
