anyone make one of there own? just curious..thanks

I have been toying with the idea. I am going to pick one up from a friend this weekend so that I can sit and stare at it a while. I believe that it can be done with a little fab work.

find someone you know thats gonna order one, when they get it just copy it, buy the materials and if you dont have machine shop skills, ask around and see who will do it for the cheapest, probly less than whatever they are goin for 650+?

Seems to me there was a guy on BC4x4 that made one plus a klune-like reduction unit. You might look there.
