I'm placing an order for my link ends and want to know how important it is to be able to adjust them? At the most you can only adjust them 1-2 inches, is this going to make enough of a difference?

i believe i have talked to you recently about my setup, if money is tight, i highly recomend weld on, thats how i did it on my jeep i am selling it, and i will do it again on the next one, sure adj. is nice, but i dont see the need.

if the setup is REALLY bad then you could just cut the end off and fix it.

Weld on. It makes building tougher, but the links will be stronger and cheaper. I keep bending my adjustable threaded sections on my links.

Below are some pictures of some new products we just ran this weekend for all you DIY fabricators. Should work out as a pretty sweet setup for you guys.

The threaded portion is 1.25"-12tpi Right Hand threads. This 1.25"-12 male threaded insert fits inside 2"x.250" wall DOM that we carry (Or any 1.5" ID tubing). Plenty strong, especially if you mount the threaded side on the frame end to keep it away from most rocks.

The female threaded portion (Not yet notched in this picture) will be notched to fit either our flex joints or poly bushings; Also they can be left blank for you to notch them yourself
***Poly Bushing in picture is sold separately***

These are a simple way for the DIY'er that need to cut down the tube a little bit to make it fit correctly. That way you won't have an abundance of thread sticking out, but just enough to make the fine tune adjustments you made need.

We have hundreds of these male threaded pieces ran and maybe only 20 or so of the female sections ran so far.

Also we will offer an optional gusset for these to beef up the weld area between the female threaded section & the flex joint.

If interested we will be offering these at a discounted rate for a limited time.

Please call the shop to place an order as they are not on the website yet.
Thanks
-Kenneth
