Man I am catching hell with my doubler installation. I clocked the TC up outta the way and then found that my new 1350 CV will bind at full suspension droop. I reclocked the adapter to stock position and still have problems. I have 6" lift springs BTW. The driveshaft shop is recommending a 2ton CV that will go 45*. What is everyone running with this amount of lift?

42 degree c/v from High Angle Driveline.

I had my local driveshaft shop build me a non CV shaft with 1350 ends on it and a longer slip. Then I used the offset superflex joints from Tom Woods. TW told me that the joints can not be balanced so this is not for a driver but the joints allow 40 degrees or 45 with some grinding of the yoke.

Much cheaper than HAD (by about $500)with a 1350 joint. This could also be done with a 1410 yoke and joint.

I also used the Tom Woods offset u-joionts on both ends of the front shaft. Worked out great for me.

I have 1310s at both ends. Did some grinding to the yoke on the tcase end. Been fine on the 2 trips so far. I want to step up to the TW joints but dont have the $$ right now.

ORD doubler with 2" clocked up with a High Angle driveline with a spicer 1350 double cardagon joint with 12" slip. I am running 52" springs without any issues. Seems weird to me that you are binding. 6" springs don't really flex that much compared to 52's. What double cardagon joint did the driveline shop use? Saganaw or Spicer or Other. IIRC dont believe the Saganaw's can do as much angle as Spicer.

Keep in mind if you are gonna run ORD's twin or triple sticks shifter there might be some clearance issues with a bigger double cardagan joint. I am running triple stick and the shift brackets barely clear the driveline but do clear.

I got a set of 1350's from AZ Driveline but they were not the high angle version. It freaks me out how little these puppy's move compared to the stock 1310 or whatever it is. So I gave em a call and I'm getting the 2 ton version which is good to 45*... we'll see.

I "won" a free HAD shaft on another website once and it ended up being a $250 gift certificate, which was great don't get me wrong. But my out of pocket expense for all the cool shit cost me about $575 (1350 High angle CV and flange) when all was said and done.

here is a pic of the joint and D60 yoke from TW
