Lookin' good man! You're gettin' there!
BTW, what radius die are you using?
--D
going to be cutting the edges of the rockers on a 45 deg and plating them in so they don't catch ect...
Heres the stats
Front coils with a sorts wristed ford radius arm set up
rear 1/4 eliptical
1.6 efi 92 sidekick motor auto tranny with lowered stall converter and selectable lock up mated to sidekick tcase OTT adapted to a toy case.
Toy diffs shaved and locked 5.29 gears ect...
36" sx's getting beadlocked real sooon...
23" to totaly flat belly pan
rancho 9000's going on sooon and full hydraulic steering...
want to have it all the weight on it before I build the rear shackles, upper link mount and front spring mounts .... ect ect

Looks like fun so far. What are you using for a joint on the radius arms at the frame end? IS that some sort of teflon/poly disc I see?
Moog new style radius arm bushings don't know what there actually off of though. Flex like mad and no clunking.

Those bushings are the sh!t good idea and nice work:beer:
How will you be attaching the rear springs to the axle:question:
at the diff ends I used a ford leaf spring bushing to mount the links hade some schedule 80 2.5" pipe (yes i said pipe it fit the best) open up just a hair on the lathe and the bushings pushed right in. This is what I'm using for the spring mounts in the rear sorta a swivel shackle mount. I used the same bushings for the tranny mounts motor mounts ect so there's only to types of bushings on the whole truck:)
