Those of us "webwheelers" are posting a challenge to those of you who call yourself wheelers. Put your $$$ where your mouth is. We currently have $582 raised in chit chat for server upgrades. The Toyota section has almost $200.

This is a unix server. well then do some monitoring. what is the system doing the most of.

memory near full
SWAP is near full
CPU running above 50%
Running out of Inodes on drive
Drive is full or slow access speed
NIC saturated
kernel needs tunning

or is it the collective of slow access drive and network near full.
To small of swap space.

I am willing to put up. but would like to know that the cash is going to the cause and not the simptom....

Come on, I know that all you guys like this place better than all the 4x4 mags put to gether. So pitch in and carry your own weight around here. I dont really have a bunch of money to throw around either, but this place is worth it. Shit, for the money I spent on this place in the last month or two I could have bought a pretty nice bottle of Crown. :flipoff2: I think I can handle not drinking for one weekend to justify the donation and my red star.
