I'd like to see some pics of how you routed your exhaust. :)

Here's mine. Exits thru the right side panel in front of the r/r tire. Makes cool noise when you get close to a rock on the right side.:D

Resonator from a BMW Mini. It was too loud without it. I was able to scavange almost all the exhaust from take off stuff from other cars.

Mine is a cherrybomb glass pak tucks right up in my bellypan and I end it just behind the drivers seat.

Running off a thorley header, its not to loud.

Yep, he sealed up all the holes in his frame and routed it through, it's really cool.

Any concern with condensation inside the frame eventually causing rust? It would probably take a lot of years for that to happen though on a comp / trail only rig. Now if it was a daily driver that might be a different story?

I do like the concept and idea though.

nope no concerns. i am sure i will be dead before it rust thru the frame

it is a good idea and works well. the amount of space that you save is unbelievable. no tubing, no muffler. and its really quiet.

i am still working out all the bugs. after this next comp, i am going to change it up a little and see how it works...once i have gotten it to where it has no problems, i will post up all of my trial and error results.

I'd be very interested in the results. :)

Sounds like a good idea. How did you handle the flex between the engine and frame? Flex pipe? I'm interested in seeing more detail on this.
