If it keeps running after you turn it off, its called Dieseling'.
You need a cleaning, you have carbon on the pistons/everywhere else.
Get a good fuel cleaner.

i was thinking the same thing, he needs to explain it a little better.
or if he is talking about after he shuts it off and the temp gets to about 230 and it wont stay running until the temps go back down.

he said it will not restart afer it get to opperating temp - eather trys to run or cranks - id check you ignition module - ( very suplemental to heat ) when shes cold and running good - take a blow drier and heat up the ignition module - then shut her off and try to restart -

i love the hicks - "my truk makes a clunky sound when we slam it and throw into a corner only when me wife and dog are in the back room... but one time it did it with da heybails in the back... bla bla bla".... and we are like ... um sir... its a motorhome... :D
back on subject... check your fuel pressure if the ignition trick does not work....
