Wanted to make the doors off before we get rid of his rig over the summer. I need a truck for work and towing boats and i already have a cj project. First off, i have to give credit o HeavyMetal from Jeepforum.com for his write-up i followed.
Ok here they are.

Used a dremmel tool with reinforced cutting wheels to slice though the hinge. Had to cut i close to that bolt though.

Used a tool my dad had in the garage and a small sledge hammer to bang the metal hinge peices i cut loose, no idea what it is but it was about 15" long and had a tapered head. With some PB blaster the drivers door pretty much lifted right out.:) The passengers door was a litle trouble but only because the small peice ofhinge i cut through took the hinge pin with it as i banged it out. I simply put it in the vice and banged it back out then hammered it onto the door.

Drove down the street for a few minutes with both doors off, making sure to keep an eye out for cops since its illegal in my town to drive w/o doors unless your a wrangler.:flipoff2:
Becareful if you do this. I did it alone and the doors were very heavy. At least 50lbs.
