I think you need to specify.. is it a 2500 GM, or a 2500 dodge? Dodges can fit 35's with a 2" leveling spacer.. GM's take a lot more lift.

Right.. I know they will fit stock on a dodge, but most people will run them with a 2" spacer, just to be on the safe side.

why buy a 3/4 ton truck and then lift it up to where its a bitch to load anything in it? i understand the larger tire idea, i've got 35's on mine w/o lift, but 6" is ridiculous for a truck thats gonna actually be used.

I put mine on because of the wheel and tire combo i wanted wouldnt fit without it. Plus i didnt spend 40k to buy a work truck. If i wanted a truck to "use" i would have bought a older cummins dually with a 6 spd. I bought my truck knowing i wouldnt use it to its full potential. Plus i like that my truck doesnt look like all the other stocker's on the road. Some might say that it looks like every other mall cruiser but i have only seen my wheels on like 3 other trucks and i still ocasionally tow a trailer with it.
