1978 Chevy single cab short bed, 2wd converted to 4wd, 4inches of lift, 4inch springs in the front and a block in the back, d44 front and 14bolt ff rear, I have no idea gear ratios my guess would be 4.10s, it has 33 12.5s 80% bfg mud terrains in the front and almost bald 33 12.5s somethings in the back. Truck has 305 that had good compression on all cyclinders when it was pulled from the donor vehicle, it has 1.94 big vavle heads an rv cam and edelbrock intake and edelbrock 650cfm carb. Transmission is a th350 mated to an np203 with a part time kit. Truck had new cab corners installed along with two new fenders hood and grill and was painted white by the previous onwer. The problems are as follows the truck has no exhuast and is running open headers at the moment and the doors cannot be locked because there is no key for the doors and as a result the small flip out window on the passenger side was busted out one day to get back in the truck because the previous owner did not tell me this and unfortanetly I locked the truck, btw it has power windows and locks witch worked great until about a month ago I believe a connection came loose. Also the new passenger side fender was damaged by a tree one day while trying to squeze between two trees in a muddy pasture. And the last thing I can think of right now is that it still has a 2wd transmission crossmember so when the 4wd is engaged the front driveshaft hits the crossmember, I have a crossmember from another truck that I will throw in along with a small side window from another truck I have. Overall the trucks is in good shape the only rust is in the bed and the frame does not have any damage not even around the steering box like many chevys do.
