There's 100's of those trucks where I work. The rims are 7 piece. Inner and out beadlocks, but not like you're used to. All those bolts are the actual lugs on the hub. That truck was hauling a 400 ton rock and the rock shifted throwing the weight to the (passenger side) rear...

For the sake of arguement, a cat 797 or Dresser 930E has 14 foot tall, 4 foot wide tires, and a gvw of 1,010,000 and 930,000 pounds respectively. They burn approximately 6-8000 gallons of fuel in a shift and have 3700 horse and 8000 pounds of torque diesels. They can wheelie without a load and can burn doughnuts to kingdom come without a box...
