It seems like it is driveshaft related. It is a high frequency buziing type vibration that increases proportionally with road speed. It make my tcase shifter vibrate like mad. It just started one day all the sudden. Then it went away for a couple days then it came back all the sudden while I was driving.
The rear driveshaft is CV. The real axle is tacoma offset 3" to passenger side. I pulled the rear axle and checked the CV and it seemed fine. Tightened all the tcase bolts. The axle is put together properly (arrows pointing at each other) . I dont feel it in the transmission shifter.
I've heard of "death wobble" but I dont really know what it is. This is more like a buzzing vibration than a wobble. One of the back rims seems to be bent since it is wobbling, and the tires need balancing but does not feel like a tire out of balance. It make my Zuk feel like a big electric razor. It does it in our out of gear. I can only go about 45mph before it gets really bad.
What the heck it this?

Since its your tcase shaking so bad, have you checked the intermediate driveshaft? The ujoints go bad on it and can definetely cause nasty vibes.

From the look of your pic, your pinion angle is off. With a CV shaft your pinion should be almost if not pointing right at your T-case.

Your not leaving your hubs locked in are you? I would forget evry once in a wile and when your driving down the road you get a vibration that increases with speed that could be your problem

Went wheeling today. Vibrated the whole ride there for 30minutes. Could only do about 45mph. Got back on the pavement after we were done and it was smooth as butter the whole way home at 65mph.....
Is there a lot of movement in the shifters side to side broken mount or something. Could it of just got wedged into place while wheeling?

IF you haven't already go back and read billforest's reply. I will guarantee you that that is the problem. I know you probably have spring wrap, but you need to get that rear pinion pointing almost exactly at the t-case flange. Either go the chepo route and get some shims or buy some new perches cause until you do one or the other your not gonna fix the problem.

well it looks like cooljosh wins the prize. I locked my hubs and took off, vibration came back. Unlocked and it's gone. That probably explains the intermittent aspect.
I definitely have some bad vibrations in the front in 4wd, but I figured that was bec. I need a new longer axle. Has a TT 2" extended slip yoke right now and it seems to have some slop in the splines and definitely in the Ujoint on the tcase side.
Easy enough to just keep them unlocked on the street.

Your tcase points up in front. This compounds the problem with trying to get driveline angles and ujoints in phase.
Once you get over 4.5" of lift, you have to expect some vibes from the front end. Some Zuks get it worse than others. Some can go a bit taller with no problems atall.
EZ Solution.... keep your hubs unlocked.
