*****List of Bad Sellers*****

With some of the recent bad transactions that occurred on PBB I was talking with MattS & we thought it would be good to come up with a list of "Bad Sellers" that have had questionable transactions or worse, are just plain scammers, thieves, or con-men.

The purpose of this list is to allow you to check to see if someone that you may be entering into a transaction with may have caused problems before.

***Per Forum Policy: all transactions must have occurred on PBB***

The following things that MUST be posted are:
Person's name
Location (city & state only)
Screen names
Email address
Web links supporting the person's wrong doings

Here is a good example:

DO NOT deal with "Colo-chinaman". He sold what he claimed was a "V6 Toy 3rd"
and it was really a 4cyl 3rd. He has refused to refund the money and accept the
3rd back, or to pay a partial refund to the buyer as compensation for the lesser
value of the 4cyl 3rd. This is UNACCEPTABLE. He now refuses to answer any
PM's or phone calls from the buyer. He is also refusing to answer my PM's and
emails. I know he's seen them, because he's been logged on here since they
were sent. Again............... DO NOT DEAL WITH "Colo-chinaman".

I'd also suggest you stay away from any users on other boards that go by the user name "fu" or "ftw" & lives in Canada.

I recommend that on this particular thread, the accused has the right to petition the mods to delete the post regarding them...this thread is a dangerous way to go about this as it's far too hard to put up a defense for a questionable accusation. Many people will take this thread as the final word without actually visiting the full thread.

i agree. i think some times things dont happen as quick as they would like and they post someone is a bad seller when its really a lack of communication. looks bad especially for the accused.

Hence why I asked him to post a link, which wasn't initially posted.

The purpose of this "FORUM" is to try & reach some form of compromise with all parties involved in a disputed transaction.

The purpose of this thread is not for "on-going" disputes, but transactions that were never resolved.
In other words, all claims must be substantiated & all parties must be heard from.
This isn't a place to simply link to a dispute.

In Canada the gear center charges me about 250$,
but i'd pay 500$ just so i wouldn't have to deal you or this wenzel chump..

He took my money, then asked for more.
When I asked him to return the money I sent him (or send me the gears) for the amount we agreed upon, he decided to dig himself a deep hole.

I never posted any info about him, other than his user name & the name I sent the check to.
I never called him. He called & threatened my wife late at night (home alone with young kids)while I was at work.
He was 19 or 20 when this went down (3-4 years ago).

He advertised them as "New, unused" He even stated that in PMs.
After some research, I learned they were "used".
I then said I only wanted my Money back, not the gears.
He sent the gears anyway. So, I returned them, & eventually got my money back after several weeks (or months... it's been a while).
The matter is closed, please finish reading the thread & my final post.
