My buddy just got a quote for a complete exhaust system on his 81 FJ40 with a tbi 350. Almost $1,000 for y pipe, high flow cat, dynomax muffler, and tailpipe installed. Seems kinda high.
Over here in Healdsburg, I had the same thing done, with the exception of the cat, and it cost me $330.

So does anyone have a shop they recommend in the sacramento area for good exhaust work and reasonable prices?

Pirate member Steve Casper. (Casper's Muffler and Hitch) 530-626-6751 He's not in Sac but in Diamond Springs which is up highway 50 about 30 or so minutes from Sac. I have no idea what it would cost but give Steve a call and ask. He does excellent work... :D:D

i took my 40 to marco muffler off of fulton, nice guys great work and helpful too. there are 4 locations in sac as well. jimMy
