I just hooked up my fuel cell and fuel pump last night and for some odd reason I now have no power to my ignition,no headlights, blinkers and hazards and no stereo. I did pull the complete harness on the drivers side from the factory connection behind the kick panel but that was all the wires for the taillights and power tailgate.I did run staight power to the fuel pump to see if that was working and it is. I just don't understand why I would have no power at all not even dash lights. The trucks fuses are all good pulled everyone I could to make sure. Would a relay blow and cause the truck to do nothing and if so what relay is it?

Any info would be great I am trying to finish the truck to go to the tin benders jambo. Thanks MARK

there is a 10 or 12 gauge wire going from the positve cable to the fuse box. if it didn't rip off the cable, try the 80 amp fuse.

I had the same problem and it was that big fuse. I think I still had brakelights (probably a safety thing) but I can't remember for sure. On my '93 that fuse is a royal pain to get out. I had to unbolt the box and get at it from underneath. Fortunately it's a common enough fuse that even podunk parts stores in northern Minnesota have them on hand.
