I'm going to be puting a new header on my jeep this weekend, and was wandering if anyone that has already done this had any tips or advice to give?
oh, it's a 93 YJ with 4.0.

I've already started spraying all the bolts with blaster, so hopefully everything will come apart easily.
I also need to redo the rest of the exhaust, but I've been unable to find a reasonably priced replacement for the front section of exhaust pipe(goes from header to cat). about how much do you guys think it would cost to have a shop bend a new section of pipe, and weld on the flange, and bung for the O2 sensor?

also, I'm having oil preasure isues, so I figured wile I have the exhaust out of the way, I'll go ahead and pull the oil pan to check the pickup screen, and pump. do I need to pick up a pan gasket, or would RTV silicone work just as well?
