has anyone here bought the complete power steering kit from Trail Tough for the Samurai?
and if so, can you post some pics of how you mounted the steering box, can't seem to figure out the plate that was provided.

Yes, I have their kit on my sammy. But it does not come with a plate to mount the gear box. TT wants you to drill the frame and weld the spacers in place with use of their paper template. Maybe you bought a calmini or petroworks kit which uses a frame gear box mounting plate?

the plate is to mount the power steering pump. the box uses 1 original frame hole and 2 new holes you have to drill and sleve yourself.

so that thick big black plate is for the pump? ok will check it out tonight when I get to my friends place. thanks for the help!
