Northern Tool, Air regulator

I have an older IR T-30 compressor. I was looking into a Air filter and regulator. I noticed Northern tools has a Filter/regulator/ lubricator for $45. Anyone have any experiance with it?

no experience with it, but i would just get a filter/regulator. just add oil to the tools directly so you don't run it through your airlines.

It looks like it comes off, and I would prob never run it incase I need to paint or something.
