hey everyone.... afriend of mine lifted his 1991 2.6 L, 5sp, trooper not long ago by cranking down on his t- bars and shackles for the rear. since then when he's driving the troop its has a sound like something is clanking under the car near the driver side seat. we replaced the center drive shaft bearing but its is still doing this. it only does it when we start driving and only for about 5 seconds. after that it drives normal any words of advice?
thanks

Chris

Is it the Magic Cube?

You should have replaced the center bearing... with a one-piece driveshaft :)

exhaust is under the drivers side

check the hangers, heat shields, motor mounts, trans mount.

sounds like a coincidence to me.
