I don't have the rig handy to test fit but I'm swapping in a solid axle with chevy 6 lug outters. (so the front brakes won't be an issue) If I can drop down to a 15" rim and save my customer some cash I'd like to.

Yes a 15" will fit on the rear. I have a set of 15" that I test fit and there is plenty of clearance around the brake. Is this a Blue FJC by chance? When do you start?

Very cool. I'm looking forward to seeing her FJC on 37's. Post up when you start.

how are you handling the speed sensor in the axles? My bro Aj over at Bentup is in the process of hacking his FJ apart for some 80 series toyota axles. he should be mocking up suspension next week.

no prob w/ the front but when the back is all unplugged the truck freaks out.
So we leave the back and change the front ;) I'll work out nice.
4 link f/r 15" bead locks 37" iroks and coils all around. should be good to go.

sounds sweet. My bro is planning on 37's w/ a coilover front and going to see how chevy springs work on the rear. The suspension has already been dropped and the frame should be clean by the weekend. The hardest part is that he has a crap load of body work to fix after the previous owner hammered it thru the rubicon.
