D300 32spl / 1350 CV yoke - OEM apps? [Archive]

I need to mate a late model Dodge 1350 double cardan driveshaft to my Dana 300 32 spline output shaft.
I know I can buy this yoke new for $185, but I'm thinking that there has to be a factory application that used this type yoke.....maybe a late model V10 or Cummins Dodge front t-case yoke, or possibly Super Duty stuff?
Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure 32 spline 205 yokes fit, but don't quote me on that.
