I got this new Mall Cruiser TJ and am thinking of making some real simple rocker skids out of some Aluminum 1/4 angle. Seems like a good idea to me.

Anybody else do this?

I made my rocker guards out of diamond plate aluminum(actuaily they used to be running boards off of a full size truck). I haven't tested them against any rocks yet, and eventuailly, I'd like to add some beefier sliders a little lower than the rockers to also function as a step.

the interior had gotten a little moist from a short rain shower, I went ahead and put the top back on because it was supposed to rain more. took the pic before I had a chance to take the top back off and dry everything out.
