I swapped a 1988 700R4 into my CJ7. The tranny came out from a Suburban with a 350 TBI. Now it's gonna be working with my carburated SBC. What I need to do to make the overdrive work (lock up)??? Which wires I need to connect???
Summit offers a kit for that aplication, what exactly that kit do???

with some kits you get a vacum type switch and other a toggle switch if you can find if you can have someone hydroliclylock it it can be done i just had it done its the esiest way to do it
