mitech plasma ground clamps

mine took a crap on me sorta. the little flat wire broke off from the riveted end. I could repair it Im sure, but would like to maybe upgrade the clamp. Anyone replaced theirs with something better?

is there a difference between the clamps with and without the wire between the teeth?

It probably won't effect it, my Lincoln mig came with the same style clamp, but never had a strap. I would upgrade to a Tweeco style all brass clamp though, just go to the welding shop and ask for the best ground clamp they have and they'll hand you a Tweeco.
